There is no hidden cure, no secret success that will make it unbelievably easy, as many articles would have you believe. It will take a lot of determination and an unshakable sense of purpose. Hopefully after you read this article, you will gain a new understanding about smoking; what makes you crave cigarettes more and more, the incredibly harmful and numerous effects of smoking, and how and why you should quit. And believe me, after I quit, I felt like a million bucks.
